Man oh man, what an afternoon and evening we had here yesterday in the Great State of Alabama. I’m sure most of you have already heard about the terrible tornadoes that struck here and in other states. The city of Enterprise, Alabama, a town of 20,000, in the south eastern part of the state suffered terribly. I was actually just there back on Monday and Tuesday of this week. According to the latest report on Fox News there have been many killed, including students at Enterprise High School. I’ve heard there’s been anywhere from 7 to 15 known dead. There could be many more once they get through the rubble that was once the school and homes nearby. Have you had a chance to see any video or pictures on the news? God, what destruction! The school ripped to shreds in places and cars thrown all around the place, upside down and even on top of other cars. I sure feel terrible for the folks in that community I visit so often. I wonder why they didn’t let school out prior to the storm. Surely they had some sort of notice. I guess it’s just as risky to put the kids onto buses and send them home. The schools around my city of Birmingham were dismissed at eleven and or twelve today, and our weather was nothing like they saw. I guess those tornadic bitches really slip up on you.

We here in my part of the state had high winds, 70 mph clocked in a town about ten miles from my house, and heavy rain. Thank God there weren’t any tornadoes that I know of. I appreciated the couple of e-mails I got checking in on us. The only disadvantage that we suffered was muddy paw prints on the carpet from our dog Trooper when he came in from doing his business. I’m sure those folks in Enterprise would trade problems with me in a heartbeat.

So, in other news…American Idol cuts last night…Wow, I was so hoping Sanjaya would be hitting the road and taking his mop of a hair cut with him. I can’t stand that guy. I did like Rudy and Leslie, although they weren’t my favorites, but now they’re gone. I thought there were others, (Antonella), that should have got the boot. I really think Antonella should take her dirty picture taking self (not that I have any room to talk) on back to New Jersey! She sucked Wednesday night, and not in the good way! I reckon all the “hounds” out there were voting for her hot ass. I admit she’s got a nice bod, but the voice just ain’t there. And speaking of titties, what about Kelly Pickler last night? DAYUM!! Bitch was popping outta dat dress, yo! Anyone else think she’s had some work done lately?
